Warranty Information
- VIG Solutions will pay shipping both way on RMA product
- The Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be created the moment the customer submits the Serial Number of the unit to their respective Sales Representative; along with a brief description of any issues encountered
- VIG Solutions will provide the best resolution at their discretion; either parts or replacement ( shipped in advance ) that will suit both parties
- Parts Closet: With larger orders, spare-parts such as Optical Drives, Storage Drives, Keyboards and Mice, are provided for the duration of the warranty as a rotating stock. This helps to minimize down time in the event of any failures.
